Seals at Waxham Beach

Any queries or questions you have about our barns or your stay please do get in contact with us. But here are a few frequently asked questions to get you started

What is the minimum stay?
During school holidays and peak season we have a minimum stay of 7 nights. Out of peak seasons our minimum stay is 3 nights

Is it well heated and cosy?
All barns have underfloor heating downstairs and towel rails and radiators upstairs. They are modern and so are fully insulated and warm

Is there TV and WiFi available?
All barns are equipped with Wifi – this is the best connection that the countyside can offer, it is not always fantastically high speed!

All barns have smart TVs in the living areas.

Can we bring our pet?
Dogs are permitted at owners discretion. There is a limit on the number of dogs that will be allowed. It is requested that only well behaved dogs are bought, and that they are not left unattended in the properties. Due to the properties being attached we request this with consideration to neighbouring guests.

Are there local amenities?

There are local shops in Walcott and Happisburgh, there is a Tesco in Stalham and a Sainsburys, Waitrose and LiDL in North Walsham.

There are three local pubs in Walcott ‘The Lighthouse Inn’, Bacton ‘The Poachers Pocket’ and Happisburgh ‘The Hill House Pub’, two fish and chip shops and a cafe / icecream parlour on Walcott Seafront
